Welcome to CRM Master, ABAX. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our service, which allows sending emails to selected users using their email accounts, provided with their explicit consent. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please refrain from using our service.

1. Description of the Service

CRM Master, ABAX provides an application that allows sending emails to users who have explicitly given their consent to receive messages. The service is used exclusively for sending emails and is not employed for reading, receiving, modifying or deleting users' messages.

2. Consent and Use of the Service

• Consent: the use of our service requires the explicit consent of the email account owner authorizing the sending of messages.
• Responsible use: you agree to use the service solely for sending emails to recipients who have provided their consent. Using the service for unauthorized emails, spam or any illegal or fraudulent purpose is strictly prohibited.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

Data privacy is fundamental to us. We collect only the email address of the accounts that log into the service, and such data is used exclusively for sending emails. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. User Obligations

• You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the appropriate consent from the recipients to whom emails will be sent via the application.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images and software, are the exclusive property of CRM Master, ABAX or its respective licensors. No right or license, whether express or implied, is granted except as expressly provided in these Terms.

6. Modifications to the Service and Terms

• Service: CRM Master, ABAX reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, in whole or in part, the service at any time and without prior notice.
• Terms: we reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties. Under no circumstances shall CRM Master, ABAX be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or other harm arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CRM Master, ABAX, its affiliates, directors, employees and agents harmless from any claim, damage, liability, loss, cost or expense (including attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the State of Florida.

10. Termination

CRM Master, ABAX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms or for any other justified reason.
